  • Tier 3: For clubs with 200+ flags, pricing is calculated per flag per month — with volume discounts built in. The more flags you manage, the lower your rate per flag.

No, there is no annual contract required. Our service is offered on a month-to-month basis. You simply agree to our Terms of Service and pay a monthly subscription fee. You’re free to cancel at any time with no long-term commitment.
Yes, we offer expert remote administrative services to manage your flag program at an additional fee. While we handle the day-to-day operations, we do ask that your club provide volunteers or paid teams for flag delivery and pickup. Additionally, clubs will need to assemble and repair flags.

The onboarding process typically takes one to two weeks, depending on how quickly your club can provide the necessary information. Once you complete our online onboarding form, we’ll send a welcome email outlining the next steps to get your program live.

  • Data Import: We’ll request an Excel file if your club has an existing flag program
